Arrival to Moscow of the leading players of the oil market is especially important in the light of intention of the USA since the beginning of November to impose tough sanctions against Iran with the purpose to achieve the maximum reduction of his oil export Georgy Bovt. Photo: Mikhail of Fomichev/TASS the President of Russia Vladimir Putin will participate in a plenary session of the second International forum on energy efficiency and development of power "Russian power week" which will take place on October 3-6 in Moscow. Representatives of the largest international energy companies and organizations, leading experts will participate in a forum. Putin's meeting with the secretary general of OPEC Mohammed Barkindo is planned. According to the press secretary of the Russian president Dmitry Peskov, Putin will also be able to communicate briefly to heads of the profile ministries of Iran and Saudi Arabia — the minister of oil of Iran Bizhan Namdar Zanganeh and the Minister of Energy of Saudi Arabia Khaled al-Falekh. The situation is commented by Georgy Bovt. Besides discussions of prospects of development of world power, within the forum the current tactical issues will be discussed. Main of them — who compensates the dropping-out share of the Iranian oil export after on November 4 the USA imposes tough sanctions against this country, forbidding all other countries to buy the Iranian oil under the threat of sanctions against such buyers? The stated purpose of Donald Trump — to bring oil export of Iran to naught. Some buyers have already said that they won't begin to listen to Washington. China, the largest importer of the Iranian oil, will continue import for yuans and through the small firms which don't have interests in the American market. India, the second large importer, sends contradictory signals, but it seems that in November will refuse the Iranian oil. Intentions of the USA have already led to storm by the oil prices of four-year records. Saudi Arabia already expressed earlier readiness to increase production not to allow deficiency of oil. The Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation Alexander Novak has also designated recently readiness of Russia to increase oil production volumes to the level of 2016, that is to the agreement of OPEC. In reply the representative of Iran in OPEC Hossein Kazempur Ardebili has accused Russia and Saudi Arabia that they want to take the Iranian export share, the USA accompanies and usurp a dominant position in the market. Indirectly American sanctions against Iran, it seems, are favorable today to Russia. Not only because of a share in the market, but also because the USA will hardly begin to be at war on two at once "oil the front", imposing equally tough sanctions both against Iran, and against the Russian oil companies, besides that Russia is included into the three of the leading oil exporters. On the other hand, Moscow isn't interested in that the sanctions policy of the USA was triumphal as, having felt taste of an absolute victory, the USA can already undertake then Russia, clearing away including the market for the exporters in process of increasing of own oil production by America. Obviously, all this delicate subject will become in Moscow a subject of negotiations
