The Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Nikolay Patrushev will meet on August 23 the adviser to the U.S. President for national security John Bolton Georgy Bovt. Photo: Mikhail of Fomichev/TASS In Geneva the meeting of the Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Nikolay Patrushev and the Assistant to the President of the USA on national security John Bolton has to take place on August 23. As earlier the Russian President's Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov has reported, "the bilateral relations and that state in which there are these bilateral relations will be discussed and also exchange of opinions on the most acute international issues will take place". What to wait from a meeting for? About it is in Georgy Bovt's comment. The format of negotiations which will be held by Bolton and Patrushev, has been stipulated during the summit of presidents Putin and Trump in Helsinki.
