A similar picture in a segment a premium where, by estimates of authors of a research, discounts vary from 1% to 30% though from 51 projects presented at primary market after all there were four "bezskidochny". Business class: 88 projects with officially stated discount, 36 more — with contractual. Last year the maximum discount in this segment made 23%, in it are already 30%. At last, the segment of housing of mass demand is most less inclined to negotiations: unofficial discounts are available only in 18 projects here, but honest and open — even in the 72nd.
