Nevertheless it is possible to reduce the initial price for 10%, 15%, 20% and even more: the real, solvent client will be tried to be held to the last here. A similar picture in a segment a premium where, by estimates of authors of a research, discounts vary from 1% to 30% though from 51 projects presented at primary market after all there were four "bezskidochny". Business class: 88 projects with officially stated discount, 36 more — with contractual. Last year the maximum discount in this segment made 23%, in it are already 30%. At last, the segment of housing of mass demand is most less inclined to negotiations: unofficial discounts are available only in 18 projects here, but honest and open — even in the 72nd. Discounts reach all the same about 30%. In general, the only territory where in comparison with last year discount became lower, is a New Moscow: there was a ceiling in 20%, now — about 15%.
