The amount of transaction doesn't reveal. The businessman and the son-in-law of the former head of Dagestan headed ENEA earlier. Nikolay Uskov in this connection have started talking that the conflict in the edition was "a pre-sale campaign" for depreciation of an asset Magomed Musayev has returned to the magazine. Photo: Mikhail was replaced by Solovyanov/TASS At the Russian Forbes the owner. Him was Magomed Musayev — the businessman from Dagestan which headed ENEA earlier, and now is engaged in venture investments. Earlier the magazine was issued by the ACMG media group of Alexander Fedotov. But in recent months in the edition the conflict has broken out: because of the removed articles and dismissal of the editor-in-chief. It seemed that the Russian Forbes is threatened by revocation of license at all. But now it is declared that the license is prolonged for the next five years. Magomed Musayev has confirmed purchase of Forbes, though didn't call the amount of transaction. Musayev is a son-in-law of the former president of Dagestan Ramazan Abdulatipov, he is from this republic. Musayev has started a career in Moscow at ENEA: since 2004 he was the CEO of an exhibition. In an interview to Kommersant he then compared himself to the character of the movie "Pig-tender and Shepherd" — in the childhood a pass of pigs, and then became the head of the main exhibition complex of the country. In 2009 Musayev has been ousted the CEO of the All-Russia Exhibition Centre. According to media, resignation has been connected with desire of the federal authorities to control the project of reconstruction of the center. The State Office of Public Prosecutor has established then that a part of means from leasing of premises of exhibition complex allegedly "not absolutely lawfully or at all didn't arrive" into the account of the All-Russia Exhibition Centre because of what the budget could lose up to one billion rubles. But criminal case hasn't followed. After leaving Magomed Musayev has begun work in structure of the Government of Moscow from where I have left after Yury Luzhkov's resignation. As note Vedomosti, in 2013 Musayev has headed executive committee of Strategic council at the president of Dagestan — this council among other things rendered assistance to projects of Summa Group in Dagestan. In parallel Musayev has headed venture fund Global Venture Alliance which also had joint projects with "Sum" of brothers Magomedov. Musayev in a column on RBC has reported that for ensuring independence of editorial policy it is planned to create the board of directors in which independent directors will have a majority of votes. Musayev plans to invite in council the former editors-in-chief of the Russian Forbes — Maxim Kashulinsky, Elizabeth Osetinskaya and Elmar Murtazayev. Kashulinsky who heads the Republic edition now, has told Business FM that has refused on the cause of conflict of interests — as he heads the project which somewhat the competitor of Forbes, reasons of ethics don't allow, he has explained. The editorial office Forbes now in high spirits of spirit, journalists wait that the issue with delays of salaries will be resolved.
What is known of the new owner, the acting as the editor-in-chief "says Forbes Russia" Nikolay Mazurin: — That it is known of the new owner? — About the new owner: venture business in Silicon Valley. I would like to emphasize separately that if the new owner выз
