As Rossiyskaya Gazeta writes, new rules of construction and registration of the property right in gardening associations and settlements are entered since January 1 of the next year. Changes are provided by the amendments to the Town-planning code which have recently come into force. Since 2019 before construction or reconstruction of the garden house it is necessary to notify on it local government. In a case with N-CGP it can be District Administration or municipal unit on which lands the gardening association is located. Within seven days the administration carries out an inspection of the data specified in the notice on compliance to the established norms. The notice works within ten years — exactly so much time is allowed for construction. After completion of building it is necessary to submit other notice — already about the end of construction. The administration again within a week checks the ready house for compliance to requirements of the legislation on town-planning activity, then itself sends all documents to the Federal Registration Service for registration of property. If the summer resident has broken norms and has constructed not that it has been stated in the plan, then he will be forced to change or, even worse, to demolish construction.
