According to Dubovenko, this measure could improve an economic situation in the country and give new jobs, she would stimulate investments into legal hi-tech production of houses and construction materials; perhaps, a part of money which the state will receive in the form of surtaxes further could invest in support of domestic manufacturer and development of a mortgage.
