If in Russia forbid the OneWeb project which FSB considers by threat to national security of the country, state corporation as Kommersant knew, can lose the largest foreign customer of starting services of the Photo: A marine Lystsev/TASS updated on November 14 in 1:00B FSB called threat to national security the British OneWeb project on creation of satellite group which will provide fast Internet access worldwide. Because of it, according to Kommersant, Roskosmos can lose the contract for one billion dollars. The position of FSB became known at the end of October. According to the representative of department Vladimir Sadovnikov who is quoted by Reuters, it is impossible to check statements of OneWeb that the system "has no prospecting character and will not be able to cause damage to the interests of the personality and society" in Russia. Besides remote regions of the country where communication badly works, can appear "in complete dependence" from foreign systems. Therefore it is better for OneWeb to forbid, consider in FSB. What threats are born by this project of national security of Russia? Opinion of the CEO of the private prospecting company "R-Tekhno" Roman Romachyov: Roman Romachyov the CEO of the agency of prospecting R-techno technologies "Really, the western intelligence agencies, sitting somewhere in London or in other parts of Europe, can cover, in principle, all European part of Russia, control, listen to all satellite communication. From the point of view of FSB it is necessary to be puzzled. Also users of satellite communication from the point of view of the Internet will be able to contact among themselves without control of intelligence agencies as if do not allow to use this system, simply will not know who communicates among themselves and what subscribers are". On the other hand, OneWeb was going to work in Russia legally and, therefore, to execute requirements of the Russian legislation. And technically it can be provided, the head of Tekhnologii channel of the Forbes magazine Alexander Baulin explains: "It is very strange that the OneWeb project is considered in this plan dangerous because earth-based stations all the same would be necessary for real work with it. Earth-based stations could be controlled, demanded access to codes that it was possible to listen to a talk and so on. Very strange, but it is possible to distribute theoretically from the satellite on the satellite antenna, to back receive a signal and thus to bypass typical communication channels. But in general it is possible to send so and the ciphered traffic which will not be deciphered. Therefore the question as far as it is real to use it for illegal activity, remains on conscience of FSB, and in the technological plan without the permission of Russia in the territory of Russia ordinary users of access to OneWeb, unfortunately, will not receive. Theoretically everyone can buy the satellite terminal, go with it, transfer data, but besides import of these terminals will be controlled, and all the same it will be some illegal activity. That from the cell phone to accept this signal — it is still unreal". OneWeb based the former m
