The president of Ukraine has signed the law allowing Ukroboronprom not to execute the concluded contracts with the Russian companies. The ban of the Photo is imposed on execution of decisions of the International Courts of Justice on collecting debts too: Poroshenko has allowed Ukroboronprom not to repay to Zuma\TASS the Russian debts. The president of Ukraine has signed the law adopted by the Verkhovna Rada on July 12. According to the document, in connection with the decision on a rupture of cooperation with Russia made four years ago in the military sphere performance of the contracts signed earlier in this sphere became impossible. Then the enterprises customers have begun to turn to the courts in the territory of Russia for collecting debt, despite the reference of the Ukrainian contractors to force majeure circumstances. The new law imposes a ban on execution of decisions, including foreign vessels, about collecting debt on obligations where a creditor is the company from Russia or its "daughter", and the debtor — defense industry enterprise of Ukraine.
