Specifically these regions were chosen because of their various economic and social situation, researchers say. 25,4% of the youth working in the gray said that an opportunity to get a job officially was not. 17,1% of respondents reported about unwillingness of the employer to arrange their vbely, 32,9% — about their mutual unwillingness and the employer. Business FM asked working without official employment, in what the reasons of such choice. Here what was told by Yuli's piarshchitsa: "Now many companies want to move ahead in the market. Usually at startups small budgets (10-30 thousand a month). Some offer social employment, but more than 40% of taxes in that case leave, from 10 thousand rubles I will receive five with something, to me it is uninteresting. Many are individual entrepreneurs, they need to recruit excess employees, to pay some percent, to strain once again the accountant. I was suited earlier officially, but when saw what could be my salary if it was informally, understood that it is more favorable to me to work in the gray. Of course, on the future I plan to open SP, but yet there are no big budgets, there is no need it to be engaged". Maria worked informally as the administrator at film school. First everything suited it, but a year later she left and found work, already under the contract: "I especially did not think of that, I want to be made out or not, it was not paramount, simply wanted to find work and to receive money. And about all the rest I did not think of pension, the schedule of work was easy, it was not necessary to appear at office, worked far off, did the schedule for people who will go to film school. I did not sign any papers, we had no receipts, all in words. I left recently because my duties were not registered specifically, the pool extended all the time, it strained me a little, salary did not increase". The tendency on informal employment of youth was explained by the deputy CEO for corporate training of personnel holding "Ankor" Tatyana Vanchkova: — If to speak about students (who only finished educational institutions), first, they or already managed to be disappointed in process, or, perhaps, do not want that in the service record there was something similar on "selling assistant" or "assistant".
