Photo: Mikhail of Klimentyev/TASS Valentina Matviyenko has met the leader of DPRK Kim Jong-un. Negotiations in Pyongyang continued more than an hour instead of the planned 30 minutes. The speaker of the Federation Council has told about conversation results to journalists. In particular, according to Matviyenko, Kim Jong-un "wants peace in the region and does everything possible for this purpose and impossible". Besides, he is ready for reunification of DPRK and South Korea. As for a denuclearization question, here Pyongyang needs motivation, Matviyenko has told. Speaking about economic cooperation with DPRK, the speaker of the Federation Council has said: "We look for options in the conditions of sanctions of the UN". However there are no such spheres for cooperation, professor of the Seoul university considers Kunming Andrey Lankov: Andrey Lankov professor of the Seoul university Kunming "A problem that to find such spheres very much and very difficult. Sanctions in that option in what they have been accepted in December of last year, make impossible practically any economic cooperation with DPRK. North Korea can't sell those few goods of the production which use though some demand in the world market: seafood, mineral resources and cheap and rather skilled work of the workers. On the other hand, supply of oil products and practically any deliveries as - or important strategic raw materials are rigidly limited. Whether there are holes? Frankly speaking, sanctions have been made in such a way that they practically don't leave holes. I can think only, say, of tourism. But experience has shown that tourist resources of North Korea aren't of a particular interest to the Russian client". Matviyenko has also said that she has transferred to Kim Jong-un the message from Vladimir Putin. "In reply he has told that he confirms readiness and desire to arrive on a visit to Russia. Kim Jong-un doesn't want to postpone this question, and now through diplomatic channels coordination of time and the place of a visit will begin" — the speaker of the Federation Council has told. The summit Putin and Kim could become powerful gesture, the orientalist considers, the specialist in Korea Fedor Tertitskiy:fedor Tertitsky is an orientalist, the specialist in Korea "Putin already suggested Kim Jong-un to meet when congratulated him on an Independence Day on August 15, it has been published on the first page of the main North Korean newspaper "Rodong Sinmun", and this exchange of courtesies quite strange looked. Putin writes: dear mister Kim Jong-un, let's meet, I congratulate you on a holiday, all the best to you. And Kim Jong-un has answered in the "many thanks for a congratulation" format, having ignored a part about a meeting. But, in my opinion, Russia now, as well as Japan, is pushed aside from a North Korean question. If ten years ago it went in a format of so-called six-party talks, then now other four countries have decided that it is possible to do it without Moscow and Tokyo. From the point of view of
