Great Britain won't be able to enter new restrictive measures to an official exit from the EU planned for March of the next year. According to the minister of safety of the country, on rigidity the new mode of sanctions won't concede to the American Photos: Alberto Pezzali\Zuma\TASS London will postpone new anti-Russian sanctions until an exit from the EU. Restrictions in connection with business by Skripalya can be introduced not earlier than spring of the next year as Great Britain has to leave the EU to impose sanctions individually. The Telegraph with reference to the minister of safety of Great Britain Ben Wallace has reported about it. According to him, the new mode of sanctions can not concede in rigidity to the measures entered by Washington. In fact, it is the British copy of the American "Magnitsky Act" adopted in December, 2012. The so-called amendment of Magnitsky allows London to freeze assets of Russians and to forbid entrance to corrupt officials and violators of human rights. So far from the moment of poisoning of the former officer of GRU and its daughter London was limited only to expulsion of 23 Russian diplomats. The government pays all attention to negotiations on "Brexit" now and on to be engaged in sanctions to him just once, the head of the center of political integration of Institute of Europe of RAS Lyudmila Babynina considers: Lyudmila Babynina the head of the center of political integration of Institute of Europe of RAS "Process of negotiations on an exit of Great Britain of the EU goes so difficult that now it is, probably, the main issue with which the British government deals. And sanctions against Russia are already imposed, there is a lot of them, they rather regularly last therefore to enter some new measures against Russia now, I think, the government just has no time. To think over what measures can strike Russia stronger, than what works now Great Britain needs to understand the situation after an exit, that is after the end of March as now yet no format of future relations is clear, whether there will be in general a transaction about an exit of Great Britain from the EU". An official exit of Great Britain from the European Union is planned for March of the next year, the transition period has to last until the end of the 2020th. Meanwhile the mayor of London Sadiq Khan has urged to hold a repeated referendum on "Brexit", having criticized Theresa May's government for failure, in his opinion, negotiations with the EU. The prime minister has in reply said that the new referendum will be "treachery of democracy". The minister of safety Ben Wallace, speaking about the postponed sanctions against Russia in connection with business by Skripalya, I have stopped on legal side of a question, but I haven't considered a diplomatic and foreign policy context, the CEO of the research company Europe Insight Andrey Kulikov:andrey Kulikov the CEO of the research company Europe Insight "Considers the situation isn't so unambiguous, and further Great Britain will be in a sense constrained by the arrangements too. Also it will be not so simple to impose unilateral sanctions because Great Britain is aimed at getting support of other countries. П
