Kirill Serebrennikov stopped giving evidences on process on so-called business of The Seventh Studio. Alexey Malobrodsky who took after it the floor told about difficult relations with the chief accountant Nina Maslyaeva and about found by it in the counterfeit signature Alexey Malobrodsky. Photo: Anton of Novoderezhkin/TASS "Incompetent", "unfair" and "sluggish" — such epithets awarded the chief accountant Nina Maslyaeva the former general producer of ANO The Seventh Studio Alexey Malobrodsky. Giving evidences in Meshchansky Court of Moscow, the defendant in participation in plunder of 133 million rubles explained why it had "quite difficult" relations with the person involved who concluded the pre-trial agreement about cooperation. However, before beginning to interrogate Malobrodsky, the court completed Kirill Serebrennikov's interrogation. It started in the first day of process, on November 7, and stretched for the whole four meetings. As the main defendant in the case every time comes in undershirts with different inscriptions, all guessed what will be following. This time there was a quote from the poem by Nikolay Gogol "Dead souls", to the place philosophical: "Russia what you want from me?" Having seen that hearing was ignored by representatives of Ministry of culture (it is recognized on business by the victim), persons involved began to protest. But the judge considered that there are no bases for postponement of process. On a witness tribune the artistic director "Gogol center" and the creator of the Platform project spent less than an hour. Questions to Serebrennikov were asked by the prosecutor Nadezhda Ignatova and the judge Irina Akkuratova. The last was concerned, in particular, by a grand piano subject for 5.6 million rubles which was bought for the Platform project. "It you asked to buy a grand piano?" — she asked the director. But Serebrennikov continued to repeat that he did not deal with financial issues, and was responsible only for statements. However, when Malobrodsky suggested to buy the tool, Serebrennikov met the offer with a bang. "Alexey Arkadyevich came with the fine idea of a grand piano. He told that we will be ruined on its rent — to carry him to and fro. And I agreed with him, it was the reasonable decision for 100%. I told: "Ur, let's buy a grand piano!" — the defendant told. He emphasized that he did not get paid in 25 thousand rubles as it was specified in the staff list and pay-sheets, actually paid him more. According to the director, at the beginning of the project he received less than 80 thousand rubles, then asked to raise to it wages to 100 thousand as he worked on "Platform" "24 hours seven days a week". The thought that the financial statements of The Seventh Studio were forged was continued also by Alexey Malobrodsky. Dosudebshchitsa the Former general producer of The Seventh Studio and its CEO Yury Itin, the ex-official of Ministry of culture Sofya Apfelbaum and the director Kirill Serebrennikov are accused of fraud at implementation in 2011-2014 of the theatrical Platform project. The investigation claims that from 214 million rubles allocated from the budget for development and promoting of the modern art of Russia, 133 million rubles were stolen through the avtonomna founded by Serebrennikov
