The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation confirmed leaving from the post of the deputy head of board of RPF Boris Gukaylo and dismissal of the first deputy head of Fund Liliya Chizhik. "Other personnel shifts are not planned yet" — noted in the ministry. Gukaylo came to the Pension fund in 2009 and was engaged in administrative activity there: purchases, capital construction and so on. Interlocutors of the newspaper connected its leaving with scandals about construction of buildings of RPF in regions: in October on the case of embezzlement the deputy head of the Krasnoyarsk office of RPF was arrested and also a little earlier the court in Komi sentenced the former head of capital construction department of RPF to ten years of prison for a bribe in 12.5 million rubles. Two other deputies of Drozdov who, according to the edition, perhaps, it is soon left the positions — Alexey Ivanov and Nikolay Kozlov. The first since 2017 is responsible in RPF for development of IT infrastructure and informatization, before it the Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova criticized for problems in work of RPF in the digital sphere. Kozlov is responsible for interaction with the non-state pension funds, it was also criticized in the social block of the government for restrictions of reception of applications from citizens to replace NPF through couriers. The question of buildings palaces in which branches of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation are located in regions in September was lifted by deputies of the Gosuduma what the head of the Pension Fund Anton Drozdov answered that it is usual offices.
