Putin and Trump's full-fledged meeting has allegedly broken because the president of France hasn't wanted that an agiotage Georgy Bovt distracted attention from actions in honor of century of the end of World War I. Photo: Mikhail of Fomichev/TASS of the Full-fledged meeting of Presidents of Russia and the USA Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump in Paris during the celebration of century of the end of World War I won't be. The Kommersant newspaper has reported with reference to an anonymous source in diplomatic circles that the meeting has broken because of the French leader Emmanuel Macron who hasn't wanted that the agiotage around the Russian-American summit distracted attention from the actions devoted to the main event to which there will arrive leaders of 60 states. In turn, the Russian President's Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov has refused to comment on this message. He has only confirmed that at the moment the parties have agreed on difficulty of a full-scale meeting, however has emphasized that leaders will "anyway" be crossed "standing". What is going on? About it is in Georgy Bovt's comment. The message of Kommersant with reference to an anonymous source hasn't received immediate confirmation in the American media. It has followed right after a public statement of Trump that, most likely, his meeting with Putin in Paris won't be. He hasn't offered it any explanation, having added, however, that they will meet at the summit of "Group of Twenty" in Argentina on November 30 and also at them, maybe, "a lot more meetings" will take place. Meanwhile until recently it was expected that the meeting in Paris will take place in a format of full-fledged negotiations. And initially, by the way, the president Macron has also made some efforts for her organization. As for a thesis concerning the fact that such meeting allegedly "will overshadow" the main event it looks not really convincing. Within the similar multilateral summits, as a rule, also there take place similar negotiations, especially when owing to complexity of the bilateral relations it is difficult for states to organize the separate full-fledged summit. And so there is a quite good occasion. Putin and Trump already met more than once in this way. Besides in Paris, for example, Trump's meeting with the Turkish president Recep Erdogan, just for discussion of the difficult bilateral relations will take place. For the first time after introduction of a number of restrictive measures from the USA against the Turkish economy. The meeting with Erdogan and at Putin is planned. The Assistant to the President of the USA on national security John Bolton who has visited recently Moscow just discussed two weeks ago a format of the Parisian meeting and even a possible visit of Putin to Washington where Trump has formally invited him. However, after Bolton's visit there was information according to which the Parisian meeting will be short. Trump and Putin's meeting and at the APEC summit in Papua New Guinea in the middle of the current month was theoretically possible: approximately in the same format as it has happened in November of last year at the similar summit in Vietnam. However at the beginning of September Trump has said that he won't go to Papua, and an otpr
