The State Duma Committee on regulations has abolished commission for the control of income which was headed by Poklonskaya. Earlier mass media reported the plans existing in United Russia "to make conclusions" in her relation because of refusal to vote for pension reform Natalya Poklonskaya. Photo: Sergey of Bobyliov/TASS Natalya Poklonskaya won't head the commission of the State Duma on income any more — she was abolished. The official reason — merging of two commissions — on control of income and on ethics. However earlier, on September 11, the source of Interfax in the management of fraction of United Russia has reported about the existing plans "to make conclusions" concerning Poklonskaya because of her refusal to vote for pension reform. It is impossible to claim for certain that the decision on liquidation of the commission is and there are those "conclusions", but very much to that is similar, and it looks not absolutely beautifully, the director of the Center of political information Alexey Mukhin says: Alexey Mukhin director of the Center of political information "Ugly history. The situation is very strange. Decisions are made every five years by the voter of the Russian Federation and if Natalya Poklonskaya represents the interests of group of voters in the State Duma, so so it is necessary. Situation with liquidation of the commission on expenses and income of deputies really very strange. In my opinion, it is about attempt to influence really morally Natalya Poklonskaya. I will honestly tell, it isn't pleasant to me though I can't claim that liquidation of this commission and transfer of her powers to the Ethics Commission — someone's evil intention though it looks quite so. It is clear, that it will only add Poklonskaya's popularity. If someone wanted from it to get rid, then he has come to exactly opposite result". Earlier the head of United Russia fraction in the State Duma Sergey Neverov said that Poklonskaya has to solve whether she is ready to work further in collective. The decision made now in her relation — purely intra fractional initiative, the director of Institute of applied political researches Grigory Dobromelov:grigory Dobromelov the director of Institute of applied political researches "Deputies considers — after all elected representatives of the people and have the right to vote depending on an own position. The fact that the party has gone on the way of Poklonskaya's punishment in a situation when in general pension reform isn't supported by the population more likely plays minus of party, than plus. Poklonskaya is included in the category of inconvenient politicians. It is worth to remember that her genesis proceeds from the Ukrainian politicum, and there after all freedom of political opinions is a little more developed, than in the Russian political system. But to say that from Presidential Administration there are signals for crackdown and disposal of objectionable or uncontrollable political figures is not so. At Volodin the political space has been smoothed completely out, and a position of team of Kiriyenko — let hundred flowers blossom, and the strongest survives. The last results of elections just also say that installations on latching on
