I made the decision to petition before the Russian President for release from posts of the chief of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Western Adiministrative District of Moscow of the general Puchkov and the head of department on control of drug trafficking of General Directorate of Ministry of Internal Affairs around the city to Moscow of the general Devyatkin. I consider that, irrespective of professional accessory of any citizen, his rights have to be always protected". The statement of the minister was heard against the background of discussion of an action in support of Ivan Golunov which was planned for June 12. The day before the mayor's office invited to itself initiators of a march for discussion of details, however journalists and social activists insisted that similar negotiations with authorities of the capital have to be public.
