Further: the whole 86% told that for them it is important to live in own apartment, and only 14% agreed with rent option. It is clear, that new buildings are unambiguously won against a secondary market: 76% against 24%. Here it is interesting: whether you are ready to take a mortgage? 77% answered: essentially not! Well and from curious — a question, kind of you chose the apartment? Most of all votes were collected by the answer — no, not on the Internet, not via aggregators and not through advertizing, and in the old manner "on the advice of the friends or through the familiar realtor". When centenials enter a time of economic activity, their views, perhaps, will change. More precisely, they will be changed for certain micro also by macrocircumstances.
