The state has no problems with financing of "the May decree", the Assistant to the President Belousov after the meeting with heads of the chemical and metallurgical companies has said. The Deputy Prime Minister Siluanov has told that the government has no plans of increase in tax burden Andrey Belousov. Photo: Sergey of Bobyliov/TASS the First Deputy Prime Minister, the Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation Anton Siluanov at a meeting with representatives of the chemical and metallurgical companies has said that tax burden of business won't change. The proposal of the Assistant to the President Andrey Belousov on withdrawal at business of super profits of 500 billion rubles for implementation of "May Decrees" was discussed at the closed meeting in the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs on Friday, August 24. After the meeting to journalists left the first Deputy Prime Minister — the Minister of Finance Anton Siluanov, the head of RUIE Alexander Shokhin and directly Andrey Belousov. The first results of a meeting were commented by Anton Siluanov: Anton Siluanov the Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation "In plans of the government isn't present increase in taxes on business. On the contrary, we have once again confirmed a thesis that tax burden won't change in comparison with that which was discussed with the enterprises". The Assistant to the President Andrey Belousov has confirmed that the authorities don't intend to take away their income from the companies. He has also added what him has pleasantly surprised that the companies are ready to get actively into gear on the public agenda in the next six years. The sum of investments will depend on those projects which in one and a half months will be chosen by specially created working group, Belousov has told. Members of the media have asked Andrey Removich how to be with those who will evade from investments whether it will be possible to collect the stated 500 billion rubles. RUIE will watch deviators, and only 200-300 billion will manage to be collected, perhaps, rubles, the Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation Andrey Belousov: has answered — These companies understand that they have to lend a shoulder. They have to participate not to the detriment of themselves, not to the detriment of the workers, not to the detriment of shareholders, certainly, but nevertheless to participate in the public project. Whether there will be deviators or not? Well, probably, will be. I consider that Belousov shouldn't be engaged in it, and the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. — The main thing that the Investigative Committee didn't deal with this issue. — Stanislav Nikolaevich is ready in this plan to replace Investigative Committee, prosecutor's office and the Ministry of Internal Affairs in one person with pleasure. — Andrey Removich, and is after all understanding of 500 billion rubles specified in your letter? What their part and how, so to speak, it will be laid in this project? — You know, there is no such understanding today, it can't be because all this will depend on that set of projects which will be offered, on those measures of support and on those financial mechanisms which for these one and a half months will be chosen. 500 billion rubles are a certain upper bound. I think really if we billions on 200-300 only at the expense of these companies find resources, it will be very good result. Slave
