Everything sounds very seriously: the joint venture includes MegaFon, Mail.ru Group which co-owner — Alisher Usmanov, from the Russian authorities — Direct investment fund, and the main participant — Chinese Alibaba which will have a control in joint venture. The corporation will bring the Russian business and money in the joint venture, the sum is unknown. The government investment fund will deposit funds too — 300 million dollars — in exchange for a share in the enterprise. MegaFon will exchange shares with Alibaba. At last, Mail.ru Group invests means too. Judging by statements, the main idea is an advance of the Russian goods in the foreign markets. Whether there will be success?
